Job Description Contribute to the dynamic and expanding engineering team for CDMA/WCDMA/1xEV modem design. Responsible for supporting QUALCOMM's government division with a growing FPGA-based product portfolio. Specific responsibilities include modem design, synthesis, and integration on an existing FPGA-based development platform.
Skills/Experience We are seeking candidates with 1-5 years of industry experience.

Must have modem design and testing experience within UNIX and Windows environments. Experience with Synopsis Toolset, Xilinx toolset and VHDL is preferred. Must have good knowledge of UNIX/PC systems. Excellent communication, both written and verbal skills, is a must. Must work well within a team, be self-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills Experience with Matlab, Perl and C is a plus.

CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS: Must be a US born citizen. An active TS clearance is a plus.
Education Requirements Required: Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
