Telecommunication & Network Optimization Engineer
(Indonesia Territories)



Requirements:

* S1/DIII Degree from reputable universities in Telecommunication, Electronic, Technology Information Engineering, or related area; GPA: 2,85 out of 4 scale
* Good knowledge of telecommunication system & engineering
* Well developed organizational skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision
* Computer literate and excellent communication in English
* Well developed interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain customer focus and demonstrate pro-activeness in addressing customer needs
* Ability to manage time effectively and priorities task
* Willing to travel within Indonesia territories such as Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Sumatera, Java, Bali.
* Ability to work in a team as well as independently
* Male, max. 26 years old


* Special Qualifications:
o Preferable have experience in Telecommunication as a Optimization engineer
o Can supervise the site and check everything as per Optimization plan, design and link budget.
o Execellent in Optimization Equipment (such as: GPS, INS, Antenna), using and knowing about analyzing, could execute Optimization software (such as: TEMS, Map Info, Ant Pilot & Premier), and collected datas.
o Having basic knowledge in BTS and BSC
o Make daily report, weekly report and monthly report for the progress of project
o Willing to travel to carry out the projects within Indonesia territories such as Sulawesi, Kalimantan Sumatera, Java, and Bali.
