Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Telecommunication
To Perform Cisco (IPCC) IP Contact Center (Call Manager, ICM, and IVR) system administration.
Working and hands-on experience of Cisco IPCC (Call Manager, ICM, and IVR, Cisco Agent Desktop (CAD)) system administration.
Experience in Telecom Companies (GSM Operators) is a PLUS
Good English language, reading and writing
Good Communication skills
Professional outlook.
Full-Time and Contract position available.
