PT DH Energy is an integrated energy company and has ambitious business plans in coal-based energy projects, including mining, power generation, coal upgrading, coal gasification, and liquefaction. As short term business plans, PT DH Energy is planning to set up power projects and coal up-gradation project in South Sumatera. LEGAL STAFF
This position will support the activities within the Legal Department, review all legal related documents, i.e. business contract, investment agreement, employment contract/letter, etc., and ensure it is in line with government regulation and international law in order to provide protection to company’s assets and stakeholders’ interests.
Qualifications
Formal Education
S1 degree in Law from a reputable local or overseas university
Minimum Score TOEFL 525
Working Experience
At least 2 years experience in related area
