TOUR QUOTATIONS EXECUTIVE
To research and provide tour quotations for all outbound group tours (hotels, coaches, guides, attractions, etc) received from clients.
MAIN DUTIES:
1. Research all destinations to plan, co-ordinate and accurately cost tour itineraries to provide suitable recommendations to clients in the preparation of the travel/tour itinerary.
2. Ensure smooth communication within GTA Group Jakarta and Japan and manage day-to-day inquiries to deliver service to clients within required timeline.
3. Working on web based and internal GTA system on travel and tourism business.
4. Undertake as requested, other tasks or projects and complete them within the given time frame.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Fluency in Japanese language both verbal and written (Minimum DIII Japanese literature)
2. While similar working experience will be an advantage, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Fluency in business English and Bahasa Indonesia both verbal and written
4. Ability to work tediously using computer and system both independently and in team to achieve sales and service excellence targets.

To research and provide tour quotations for all outbound group tours (hotels, coaches, guides, attractions, etc) received from clients.
MAIN DUTIES:
1. Research all destinations to plan, co-ordinate and accurately cost tour itineraries to provide suitable recommendations to clients in the preparation of the travel/tour itinerary.
2. Ensure smooth communication within GTA Group Jakarta and Japan and manage day-to-day inquiries to deliver service to clients within required timeline.
3. Working on web based and internal GTA system on travel and tourism business
4. Undertake as requested, other tasks or projects and complete them within the given time frame
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Fluency in Japanese language both verbal and written (Minimum DIII Japanese literature)
2. While similar working experience will be an advantage, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Fluency in business English and Bahasa Indonesia both verbal and written
