The tasks of Investment Finance Specialist will be as follows:a. Assist the Program Coordinator in the design of the Trust Fund and management of the process to establishment of such Trust Fund;

Required Qualifications and Experience

a. Bachelor (S1) degree in Economics, Engineering or Management with at least 7 years of relevant experience; an additional master’s degree (S-2) in business administration or finance will be an advantage;
b. Experience in the business development activities including at least 3 years experience in the investment analysis/project financing activities;
c. Sound knowledge and hands-on skills on the investment appraisal, business modeling, financing and management of investment portfolios;
d. Strong network within the private sector and capital market community;
e. Having general knowledge of Indonesia's government structure and budgetary procedures;

The tasks of the IT/Database Specialist will be as follows:
a. Assist the Knowledge Management Coordinator on matters related the information technology and project database
b. Design, implement and maintain IT network and the interface with its stakeholders;

Required Qualifications

d. Sound English language capability (written and spoken), presentation, and report writing skills.

Kupu-kupu atau Ngegat?
Kupu-kupu adalah hewan yang indah, cantik penuh dengan warna-warna. biasanya kita bisa menemukan kupu-kupu di taman bunga, dan diseputar tanaman. kupu-kupu merupakan metamorfosis dari ulat. Ulat menjadi kepompong lalu menjadi kupu-kupu.
Lalu ada binatang lain yang mirip kupu-kupu. binatang ini keluar pada malam hari. bentuknya sangat berbeda dengan kupu-kupu. bentuknya lebih tidak menarik. binatang itu adalah ngegat. enatah dari mana asal ngegat tapi mirip sekali dengan kupu-kupu.

Puncak Kesusksesan

bila anda pernah mendaki gunung tanpa pengalaman. anda akan beranggapan untuk sampai pada puncak, anda mendaki dari sisi ini. karena anda berfikir bahwa melalui sisi itu bisa lebih mudah. akan tetapi anda tidak pernah mengetahui sebelumnya. tapi setelah anda mengetahui sulitnya medan yang akan anda tempuh lalu anda mencari jalan lain yang anda anggap lebih mudah lagi-lagi anda menghadapi kesulitan yang lain. tapi satu saat anda menemukan jalan yang mudah dan anda menggapainya.
untuk mencapai puncak kesuksesan yang pertama kali adalah anda harus punya keinginan, impian dan harapan yang ingin anda tuju. dari harapan dan keinginan anda bisa melihat jalan mana yang bisa anda ambil untuk langkah pertama. lalu seiring pengalaman anda, anda akan mengetahui jalan terbaik anda dan dengan usaha anda, anda akan mencapainya.

Tips - tips cara mengatasi rasa lelah ketika bekerja
kadanga kita merasa sangat lelah padahan kerjaan kita hanya duduk - duduk saja. atau sehabis pulang kerja kita merasa letih, padahal selama pulang kerja kita hanya duduk di kendaraan, tanpa ada aktifitas lain.
bagai mana cara mengatasi kelelahan akibat bekerja:
1. Selalu usahakan bangun pagi, melakukan kegiatan pemanasan. anda tidak perlu olah raga berat, hanya melakukan peregangan otot - otot anda agar tidak kaku.
2. Usahakan perbanyak minum air putih dan lebih banyak makan sayur dan buah.
3. Konsentrasikan pikiran anada pada hal yang anda kerjakan. ketika anda memikirkan sesuatu yang tidak anda kerjaakan, semua menjadi kuran efektif dan efisien.
4. Usahakan makan sebelum lapar dan berhenti sebelum kenyang.
5. ketikan anda istirahan usahakan tidur siang 30 menit.
6. ketikan letih dan penat dalam bekerja, lakukan relaksasi dengan cara meninggalkan pekerjaan sejenak selama 5 - 10 menit agar anda bisa konsentrasi kembali. daya konsentrasi manusia ada batasnya.

Polemik Poligami
Dalam Agama Islam, poligami tidak dilarang, poligami tidak di wajibkan. Artinya hukumnya boleh. Seharusnya hokum yang sudah jelas, tidak perlu di pertentangkan lagi, Apapun alasannya. Karena sudah jelas. Sementara pertentangan yang ada di masyarakat adalah mengenai dampak dari poligami sendiri. Mungkin masyarakat yang mengalami, atau melihat dampak poligami buruk, maka masyarakat akan menilai poligami itu buruk. Sementara yang melihat dampaknya baik akan menggangap baik.
Poligami seharusnya tidak dilihat sebagai sesuatu yang general, hal ini karena menyakut pribadi yang melakukan poligami buka poligami itu sendiri. Tidak boleh sesuatu yang dilihat buruk bagi orang lain belum tentu buruk bagi semua begitu pula sebaliknya. Syarat poligami sendiri cukup berat, yakni bisa berbuat adil. Dan adil sendiri sangat sulit dinilai hanya Allah yang maha adil. Keadilan dalam kehidupan manusia hanya memenuhi sebuah rasa keadilan. Walau sesuatu sudah sama tapi bila dirasa kurang adil oleh salah satu pihak maka dirasa kurang adil.
Artinya semua kembali ke diri sendiri. Mulai dari niatan untuk poligami. Bila niat sudah tidak benar maka jangan harap bias berjalan dengan lancer. Tapi bila niat sudah benar, dengan penuh kemantapan. Insya Allah di permudah.
Positif Thinking Vs Negatif Thinking
Dalam menghadapi suatu permasalahan, orang di hadapkan pada kenyataan bahwa dia tidak akan pernah tahu apa yang akan di hadapi. Beragam sikap yang muncul pada seseorang ketika menghadapi masalah. Pikiran positif atas suatu yang terjadi dan akan terjadi adalah bagus, demikian juga dengan pikiran negative.
Pikiran positif dan negatif belum bisa dinilai kecuali telah dilakukan tindakan atas pikiran yang mucul pada diri seorang. Tidak semua berfikir negatif itu jelek begitu pula tidak semua berfikiran positif itu bagus.

- Terlalu percaya diri hingga tanpa perhitungan (nekat)

- Lebih waspada dalam menghadapi sesuatu. Waspada adalah wujud dari cermat dan teliti.
- Lebih mempersiapkan sesuatu yang akan terjadi.
Bad site
- Pesimis yang terlalu besar (kalah sebelum berperang)
- Tidak tenang dlm menghadapi masalah.
Apapun yang anda hadapi dan bagai manapun sikap anda dalam menghadapinya. Yang terpenting adalah anda melakukan tindakan yang tepat dan cermat. Karena melakukan tindakan lebih penting dari pada anda cemas dan tidak melakukan sesuatu.
Jadi sesuaikan tindakan yang tindakan anda sesuai dengan sikap anda dalam menghadapi sesuatu. tapi pasti selalu yakin bahwa kegagalan dan keberhasial adalah sebagai pelajaran bagi anda dalam menghadapi kehidupan.
Demokrasi atas nama kekuasaan
Rasannya terlalu janggal dengan banyak partai yang seharunya banyak pula keberagaman idea atau landasan sebangai naungan dari aspirasi rakyat. Bila kita petakan partai-partai yang ada dengan keberagaman yang ada di masyatakat, sudakah seluruh partai itu mewakili keberagaman? Mengapa ada partai yang dari landasan berfikirnya sama tetapi partainya berlainan? Atau ada partai baru yang merupakan pecahan dari partai yang lama. Benarkah ini Demokrasi atau hanya haus kekuasaan.
